Originating in France, 'Hermine' is a relatively new cultivar that will reliably produce mildly flavoured white shallots, which have a distinctly rounded shape. Perfect for eating raw in salads or for cooking - it can even be stored for a short time after harvest.

These shallot sets are small, immature shallots. By harvest time each one will increase in size to a full-sized shallot.
