A french variation of the'Jersey Long' type, this is a distictive shallot which produces really long bulbs. These bulbs are said to be a big hit amongst exhibition growers and they have a robust flavour. They also store quite well.

These shallot sets are small, immature shallots. By harvest time each one will increase in size to a full-sized shallot.
